Hello, I'm Diana.
I’m a Lead Product Designer at Cvent, where I lead a team of five designers on Event Diagramming, a collaborative tool that helps planners and venues visualize their event spaces. I work closely with product and engineering to set the UX direction, solving complex problems like catalog management, attendee management and integrations with other products.
Before UX, I spent 10+ years as an environmental designer, planning real spaces for real people. That background shapes how I approach digital layout tools: I think about flow, capacity, accessibility, and how a plan holds up once people are actually in the room.
I care about growing designers as much as designing products. I run design critiques, mentor my team, and am building reusable AI workflows and a dashboard that help us create data-informed designs and move from insight to decision faster.
I use AI to speed up research, data synthesis, and functional prototyping so we can test concepts and align on decisions sooner. Accessibility and decisions grounded in data and research guide everything we ship.
